Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains free-tier limits, subscription renewal behavior, how to cancel, plan changes, and when refunds may be available. This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Use.
1. Free Tier
New users may create an account and generate up to 5 content creations at no charge, across any content type (carousels, branded graphics, or thought leadership posts). No payment information is required for the free tier.
After 5 free content creations, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
All fees are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payments are processed by our designated Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, taxes (where applicable), and invoicing on our behalf.
3. Plan Changes
3.1 Upgrades (Monthly to Annual)
If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the change takes effect immediately. Any unused time remaining on your current monthly billing period will be applied as a prorated credit against the annual plan price. You will be charged the net balance (annual price minus the prorated credit). Your annual term begins on the date of the upgrade.
3.2 Downgrades (Annual to Monthly)
If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service for the remainder of your annual term. No prorated refund or credit is provided for unused time on the annual plan. Monthly billing begins at the start of the next billing period following the end of your annual term.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 New Subscriber — 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you are a new subscriber, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date ("Cancellation Period").
To request a cancellation and refund:
- Email [email protected] within the 14-day Cancellation Period.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing varies by payment method and banking systems and may take several business days to appear.
4.2 After the 14-Day Cancellation Period
After the Cancellation Period ends:
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, but no partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period, except where required by law.
4.3 Renewal Payments
Refunds are generally not available for automatic renewal payments. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. This does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
4.4 Exceptions (Discretionary)
Outside the Refund Window, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion in limited circumstances such as:
- A verifiable billing error or duplicate charge.
- A sustained Service outage of more than 72 consecutive hours that prevented paid subscribers from generating content (excluding scheduled maintenance, third-party provider disruptions outside our reasonable control, or email deliverability issues where the Service remained available).

5. Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your dashboard on zvario.com, or
- Emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
5.2 What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain paid access until the end of your current paid term.
- After the paid term ends, your account will be downgraded and you will not be able to generate new content unless you resubscribe.
5.3 Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, we retain account data (such as brand profile and account email) for up to 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After that, we may delete or de-identify account data, consistent with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
5.4 Resubscription
If you cancel and later resubscribe:
- Within 90 days: your brand profile and settings may be preserved so you can pick up where you left off.
- After 90 days: you may need to re-complete onboarding or recreate profile information.
6. Termination for Cause
If we terminate your account for violation of the Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy:
- Access to the Service may end immediately.
- Refund eligibility for any remaining prepaid time will be determined in accordance with the policies of our Merchant of Record and applicable law.
- Account data handling will follow our Privacy Policy, including any retention required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time.
- Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period (not mid-cycle).
- We will provide notice via email and/or through the Service before renewal at the new price.
- If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
