How does it work?
Sign up and set up your brand profile — your company, what you do, who you serve, and how you like to sound. It takes about two minutes. From there, enter any topic — a rough idea, a phrase, a client question, a link to an article — and Zvario develops it into finished, branded content. Your idea doesn't need to be polished; give us any starting point and we'll run with it. Choose from carousels, branded graphics, video carousels, or thought leadership posts. Everything is tailored to your brand profile so the content sounds like you wrote it — not like it came from a template. Content is delivered to your email within about a minute, ready to review and post. You can also schedule recurring content delivery so posts show up automatically on the days you choose.

Do I need design skills?
No. Zvario handles the layout, writing, and formatting — you provide the topic. We recommend reviewing all content before posting.
Is Zvario a design tool?
Zvario creates polished, professional designs — but you'll never touch a design tool to get them. Traditional tools hand you a blank canvas and expect you to pick fonts, arrange layouts, and write the copy yourself. Zvario handles all of that for you. Enter a topic (or pick one from our suggestions), and you get finished, branded content delivered to your inbox. No templates to customize. No slides to drag around. No learning curve. How much time does Zvario actually save me?

What plans are available?
Three options. The free tier gives you 5 content creations with no credit card required — enough to see how the platform works for your brand. The Monthly plan is $19.95/month and includes unlimited content creation, scheduled delivery, editing, and all content types. The Annual plan is $199/year — that's 12 months for the price of 10, same features as Monthly. Both paid plans start with a 14-day risk-free trial with full access to everything. If you cancel during the trial, you're never charged. After the trial, billing is automatic. You can switch between Monthly and Annual anytime from your dashboard — upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. What happens during the 14-day trial?
You get full, unrestricted access to every paid feature for 14 days — unlimited content creation, scheduled delivery, editing, all content types, and topic inspiration. There's no limited version or feature gating during the trial. Use it exactly as you would on a paid plan. You won't be charged until the trial period ends. If you decide Zvario isn't right for you, cancel from your dashboard before the 14 days are up and you're never charged — no questions asked, no follow-up emails asking why. After 14 days, your subscription begins automatically at the plan rate you selected. Most users know within the first few creations whether Zvario saves them time, so 14 days gives you plenty of room to test it with real content for your business.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard with one click, no phone calls or hoops to jump through. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, so you never lose time you've already paid for. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you're never charged at all. After cancellation, your brand profile and any content still within the 7-day retention window remain accessible until their respective windows close. Any scheduled content deliveries are paused automatically. We don't do contracts, cancellation fees, or retention tricks. How does billing work?
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. You can pay with credit card or debit card. All prices are in USD.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can switch plans from your account or from the pricing page. Upgrading from Monthly to Annual takes effect immediately — you'll receive a prorated credit for any remaining time on your monthly plan, so you only pay the difference. Downgrading from Annual to Monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Usage & Limits
Are there usage limits?
Paid plans include up to 30 creations per day and 80 per rolling 7-day week — more than enough for even the most active professionals. Carousels and video carousels share one bucket, while branded graphics and thought leadership posts share a separate bucket, so creating one type never eats into the other. Most users create a few pieces per week and never come close to hitting a limit. The free tier includes 5 content creations across all content types to get you started. Topic inspiration — where Zvario suggests ideas tailored to your brand — is unlimited for everyone, so you can browse ideas freely without spending a creation. These limits exist to keep the platform fast and available for all users, not to restrict normal use.
Why are there limits?
Limits help us keep the platform available for everyone, prevent abuse from bots and automated systems, and protect against denial-of-service attacks and other policy violations. The generous daily and weekly allowances are designed so you'll rarely — if ever — notice them. The vast majority of users never come close to hitting a limit.
What counts as a "creation"?
Each time you submit a topic and receive content (a carousel, graphic, or text post), that counts as one creation.
Can I use a URL instead of typing a topic?
Yes.
What if I don't know what topic to use?
Click the "Need inspiration?" button on the create page. Zvario will suggest a topic idea tailored to your brand profile, industry, and the content type you're creating — ready to use or edit. You get up to 10 topic ideas per day.
What if I run out of content ideas entirely?
That's one of the biggest reasons professionals abandon their social media presence — not lack of willingness, but running out of things to say. Zvario solves this. Our "Need Inspiration" feature generates fresh topic ideas tailored to your industry and audience, so you never stare at a blank screen. You'll find it right on the content creation screen — just tap it and pick an idea that resonates. Between your own ideas and our suggestions, you'll always have something worth posting. Consistency is what builds an audience, and we make consistency effortless.
What types of content can I create?
Zvario creates four types of content. Carousels are multi-slide PDFs — typically five slides — designed for LinkedIn's document post format, where viewers swipe through each slide. Video Carousels turn those same slides into an MP4 with smooth transitions and background music, perfect for LinkedIn video posts or Instagram Reels. Branded Graphics are single 1080x1080 images — quote cards, stat visuals, bold statements, and tips — that work across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Thought Leadership Posts are ready-to-post text content with a caption and hashtags. Every content type is tailored to your brand profile and delivered with captions and hashtags. Content & Quality
What platforms can I post my content on?
Visual content is created at 1080x1080px. Carousel PDFs are designed for LinkedIn's document post format. Branded graphics work beautifully across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Captions and hashtags are formatted for easy copy-paste to any platform.
How long does it take to get my content?
Most content is ready in under a minute. Your total time investment is about 60 seconds — enter a topic (or pick one from the inspiration feature), choose your content type, and hit create. That's it. Zvario handles the writing, design, layout, and formatting while you get back to work. You'll receive an email the moment your content is ready, with the finished piece attached — a PDF for carousels, a PNG for graphics, an MP4 for video carousels, or formatted text for leadership posts. Content also appears on your dashboard automatically, so there's no need to sit and watch. During especially busy periods it may take slightly longer, but delivery is always fast. If you've set up scheduled content, it's even simpler — posts show up in your inbox on the days and times you've chosen, with no input needed.
Should I review the content before posting?
Yes, always. While the quality is high, content can occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are the publisher — review everything before posting. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Why do some carousels have photos and some don't?
This is by design. Our creative system deliberately generates a variety of layouts, styles, and visual treatments so your content never looks repetitive. Sometimes that means a rich photo background, and sometimes it means a bold text-forward design. Both are crafted to perform well on social media. If you'd prefer a photo in your next carousel, simply create again — you'll likely get one.
What's the difference between free and paid content?
Free and paid content use the same professional design quality. The main differences are that paid plans include unlimited creations and features like scheduled content and editing. The free tier includes 5 creations across all content types.
Can I edit my content after it's created?
Yes. On any completed carousel, video carousel, or branded graphic, click the Edit button to change the text on any slide — tweak a headline, reword a sentence, adjust the caption, or rewrite the whole thing. Hit save and Zvario re-renders a fresh version with your updated text, keeping the same visual design, theme, and background photos. You'll get a new PDF (or PNG for graphics) delivered to your inbox, just like the original. Each edit creates a versioned copy, so you can always go back and compare previous versions from your dashboard. Editing doesn't count as a new creation — it's included with your paid plan at no additional cost. Thought leadership text posts can be edited directly since they're plain text. No design fuss, no tools to learn — just change the words and get back to work.
Can I change the background photo on my content?
Yes. When editing a carousel or branded graphic, you'll see a "Swap Photo" button (or "Add Photo" if your content was created without a background image). This generates a fresh background image while keeping all your text the same. You can swap the photo up to twice per creation, and each swap uses one generation credit. You can also revert to the previous photo if you prefer the original. If you'd like completely new text and design, start a fresh creation from the Create page.
Can I schedule content in advance?
Yes. Paid plan users can set up recurring schedules that automatically create and deliver content on the days and times they choose. Pick your content type, select which days of the week, set a delivery time in your timezone, and Zvario handles everything from there — topic selection, content creation, and inbox delivery. You can provide your own list of topics or let the inspiration feature choose them for you. Schedules run as long as you need them, and you can pause, resume, or delete them anytime from your dashboard. The Campaign Creator takes this even further — enter one idea and get 10 posts (a mix of carousels and graphics) delivered across two weeks of weekdays. It's the fastest way to build a consistent posting rhythm without thinking about it every day.
What is the Campaign Creator?
The Campaign Creator turns one idea into a campaign of 10 daily content posts — a mix of carousels and branded graphics. Enter a topic, review and edit the 10 post ideas we generate, then launch. Your content is created and delivered to your inbox at 9am each weekday for two weeks. It's the fastest way to build a consistent social media presence. Available to paid plan users from the Create page.
How is the Campaign Creator different from creating content one at a time?
Regular content creation gives you one post per topic. The Campaign Creator generates 10 related post topics from a single idea, then automatically schedules and delivers them across weekdays. It's designed for professionals who want two weeks of content lined up in about 60 seconds — without having to come up with 10 separate topics themselves.
Can I link my Pinterest account and share content directly?
Yes — connect your Pinterest account from your dashboard and pin branded graphics and video carousels directly to any Pinterest board without leaving Zvario. Once connected, create a graphic or video carousel, open it when it's ready, and you'll see a Share section with a board selector and a "Pin to Pinterest" button. Branded graphics are pinned as standard image pins, and video carousels are pinned as video pins that autoplay in the Pinterest feed — both include your caption and a link back to your website automatically. Note that regular PDF carousels cannot be pinned to Pinterest because Pinterest doesn't support multi-page document uploads — only single images and videos. Pinterest pins drive traffic for months, so every graphic or video you create has a much longer shelf life than a typical social post. You can connect or disconnect anytime from your dashboard.
Account & Privacy
Can I update my brand profile?
Yes, two ways. Edit directly — change your tagline, services, audience, tone, or marketing goal from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. Describe what changed — tell us what's different about your business in plain language, and we'll regenerate your full brand profile to match. This is ideal when your business has evolved and you want everything updated at once. Both options are available from the Brand Profile section of your dashboard.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. This permanently removes all your data including your brand profile, content history, and personal information.
Do you store my content?
Content is available on your dashboard for up to 7 days after creation. During that window, you can view, download, and share your carousels, graphics, and text posts anytime. After 7 days, content is automatically deleted from our servers — we don't hold onto it. Every piece of content is also emailed to you at the time of creation with the files attached, so you always have a personal copy regardless of the dashboard window. If you delete your account, all content is removed immediately. We designed Zvario as a create-and-deliver platform, not a storage service. Why does my content expire?
Zvario is a create-and-deliver platform, not a storage service. We keep your content available for 7 days so you have time to download and review it, then we delete it to protect your privacy and keep our infrastructure lean. Your content is also delivered to your email, so you always have a copy.
Can I re-download my content after 7 days?
Once the 7-day window closes, the files are removed from your dashboard and are no longer available for download. However, the original content was emailed to you when it was created — check your inbox (and spam folder) for the delivery email.
What happens to my content if I delete my account?
When you delete your account, we make a best-effort attempt to immediately remove all your content from our servers. Any files still within the retention window are deleted along with your account data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I change my password?
Yes. You can change your password from the Account section of your dashboard.
How do I post my carousel on LinkedIn?
Your carousel is delivered as a single PDF file. On LinkedIn, start a new post, click the "..." (more) icon, select "Add a document," and upload the PDF. LinkedIn automatically turns each page into a swipeable slide. See our step-by-step guide with video.
How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also toggle marketing emails off from your dashboard. Transactional emails (password resets, content delivery) are not affected.
