3. Prohibited Uses of the Service
You may not:
3.1 Reselling or Multi-Client Use
- Use a single Zvario Account to generate content for multiple unrelated businesses or clients.
- Operate as a content agency, reseller, or white-label service using Zvario without a separate written agreement.
- Rapidly switch brand profile information to generate content for different entities; the brand profile is intended to represent your business, not to be cycled through multiple clients. Brand profile changes are subject to rate limits, and accounts exhibiting patterns inconsistent with single-entity use may be flagged for review through automated monitoring.
3.2 System Abuse and Automation
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits through any means, including multiple accounts, automation, scripts, or other technical workarounds.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service without our prior written permission.
- Intentionally overload, disrupt, probe, scan, or degrade the performance or integrity of the Service.
3.3 Reverse Engineering and Proprietary Discovery
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, derive, extract, scrape, or otherwise discover the Service's underlying technology, models, prompts, system logic, routing, provider selection, or other proprietary mechanisms.
3.4 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service.
4. Content Responsibility
You are the publisher. The Service generates content based on your Inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it.
- No guarantee of accuracy: Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Platform compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of any platform where you post.
- Regulatory compliance: If you operate in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, legal), you are responsible for ensuring content complies with applicable rules.
- No professional reliance: You must not represent Outputs as verified facts or professional advice without independent verification.
5. Usage Limits
Usage limits apply to ensure the Service remains fast and available for all users:
| Content Type Bucket | Free Tier | Paid Plans |
|---|---|---|
| Carousels | 5 shared (lifetime) | 30 per day / 80 per rolling 7-day period |
| Branded Graphics & Thought Leadership Posts | 5 shared (lifetime) | 30 per day / 80 per rolling 7-day period |
| Inspiration (topic ideas) | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Each content type bucket is independent — usage in one bucket does not reduce availability in the other. Free tier generations (5 total) are shared across all content types. Limits are per Account and unused generations do not carry over.
Sustained use at or near maximum limits, particularly combined with frequent brand profile changes, may be flagged for review under Section 3.1. We may use automated systems to monitor usage patterns and enforce the single-entity policy and these usage limits. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.
If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Use regarding limits or enforcement, the Terms of Use control.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content generated through the Service that violates this AUP, report it to: [email protected]
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: written notice describing the violation and requesting corrective action.
- Suspension: temporary restriction of access to the Service.
- Termination: permanent closure of your Account.
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. We reserve the right to take immediate action (including termination) for serious violations.
Refunds (if any) are governed by the Terms of Use and Refund and Cancellation Policy, except where required by law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
